As a native of Detroit, he has seen the rise and fall of offshore and local markets. While responsible for managing operationally and financially distressed suppliers at Ford Motor Company/Visteon Corp, he successfully managed over 40 major resourcing events. This experience proved to be an invaluable insight to risk management, rapid problem solving and project management across plastic, electronic and metal commodities.

Matt started his career with Ryder Logistics, as a group logistics manager and has most recently held the title of commodity manager for Cummins Inc. Matt studied Industrial Distribution at Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M). He resides in Los Angeles and enjoys playing basketball, sailing and spending time with his family.
